Shipping times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

After your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method:

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (varies by location in the US).

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (varies by location in the US).

USPS First Class Shipping: 2-5 business days (varies by location in the US).

USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 2-3 business days (varies by location in the US).

USPS Express Mail Shipping: 1-2 business days (varies by location in the US).

Please note.

The estimated delivery time starts when UPS or USPS picks up the package from our centre in Houston, Texas.

We do not handle, send, or deliver orders on weekends or during holidays. During promotional periods and holidays, the processing time for orders is extended to 6-10 business days to manage the increased volume and demand effectively.

Free shipping eligibility:

Orders of $65 or more within the United States qualify for FREE Standard shipping.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Please ensure that you verify the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
  • If you wish to have insurance included in your shipment, we offer the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. (USPS provides coverage of up to $100 for lost, damaged, or missing packages. Please be aware that insurance does not apply to packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For further details, please visit the USPS website.)
  • UPS automatically provides coverage for most packages, up to $100, for both domestic and international shipments.
  • It's important to note that USPS insurance does not extend to stolen packages. If you believe that your delivery location is not secure, please inform us promptly so that we can add a signature confirmation requirement to your order. With a signature confirmation, your package will only be delivered upon a signature from someone in your household.
  • Please be aware that once a package departs from our facility, it is no longer within our control. If you encounter any issues with your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service directly at 1(800) 275-8777 or contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877.

By making a purchase with us, you agree that Delaboss holds no liability for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that may occur during shipment. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
